WellCF, delivered as Coneso CF, is a social commerce platform developed by Wellware Sole Co.,Ltd for merchants who sell through Facebook and other social media channels. It turns comment-and-inbox selling into a managed process, with order capture, inventory, payment reconciliation, shipping status and reporting in one place.

The platform is designed for the Lao market, with a full Lao-language interface and Lao Kip pricing alongside multi-currency support.

Selling channels

CF Live

Run live selling sessions on Facebook. Comments containing product codes are captured automatically and converted into orders, so that sellers can keep presenting while the system handles order creation.

CF Post

Sell from ordinary Facebook posts. Customers comment with a product code and the platform creates the order and confirms back to them.

CF Reel

Capture orders from short-form video content in the same way.

AI assistance

WellCF includes an AI customer response system that answers customer enquiries automatically, drawing on a configurable knowledge base of the merchant’s own product and policy information. Response behaviour and tone can be configured by the merchant.

Order and payment management

Orders move through clear states — awaiting payment, paid, awaiting shipment, shipped and cancelled — each with its own working list.

A dedicated money-in reconciliation view matches incoming bank transfers against orders, and highlights orders marked as paid where no matching payment has been received, so discrepancies surface early rather than at month end.

Inventory and fulfilment

Product records with stock levels, self-checkout for customers, and shipping status tracking through to delivery. Stock is decremented as orders are captured, so live sessions do not oversell.

Reporting

Daily sales reports, sale status reports and revenue-by-status reports, broken down by currency.
