What we do
We work across two connected areas. On the infrastructure side, we deliver cloud VPN, hyperconverged infrastructure, enterprise and ISP network services, and system integration. On the software side, we build and operate business applications delivered as a service, including our own WellOps business operations platform and WellCF social commerce platform.
Working across both means the software we build is designed with the realities of the infrastructure it runs on, and the infrastructure we deploy is shaped by what the applications on top of it actually need.
How we work
We are a small team, and we work closely with our customers rather than at a distance from them. Our services carry 24/7 support, and we favour approaches that reduce the investment and maintenance burden our customers carry — whether that is hyperconverged infrastructure replacing separate compute and storage estates, or a single operations platform replacing several disconnected tools.
Where customers have data residency requirements, our software can be self-hosted on their own infrastructure rather than run as a shared service.
