WellOps is an integrated business operations platform developed by Wellware Sole Co.,Ltd. It brings task management, accounting, attendance, HR, service desk and network inventory together in one system, so that organisations can run their day-to-day operations without stitching together separate tools.
WellOps is available as a cloud service hosted by Wellware, and as a self-hosted deployment on the customer’s own infrastructure. A mobile application for Android and iOS is currently in development.
Modules
Task & Project Management
Assign, track and prioritise work across teams. Personal and team dashboards show total tasks, completion rate, on-time rate, average completion time and overdue items at a glance. Per-employee workload views show open, in-progress, overdue and critical counts for each team member, so managers can rebalance work before deadlines slip. Projects group related tasks, and an approvals workflow routes items to the right people for sign-off.
Accounting
A full double-entry accounting module built around the Lao Ministry of Finance chart of accounts, with Lao-language account names throughout. It covers the chart of accounts, general journal, general ledger, trial balance, invoices, payments, payment batches, AR/AP aging, partner statements and financial statements.
Tax handling is built for Lao requirements: VAT returns, withholding-tax register, tax codes, tax configuration and the Article 18 Profit-Tax Settlement worksheet. The module also supports multi-currency with FX rates and FX revaluation, fixed assets, budgets, business units, bank reconciliation, stock count, dunning, recurring entries and an audit trail.
Attendance & Time
Clock-in and clock-out with full attendance history, late tracking and automatic flagging of anomalous records. Employees can contest a flagged record through a dispute workflow, and managers review submissions through a dedicated review queue. Team views aggregate attendance across the people a manager is responsible for.
HR & Directory
A central directory of users and departments, with leave balances, a team leave calendar, payroll and payslip explanations, and personal income tax calculation against current PIT brackets.
Service Desk
Trouble ticket management with a ticket dashboard, SLA tracking and breach prediction, ticket categorisation, assignee suggestion and a customer 360 view that brings together an account’s profile, contacts and recent tickets.
Network Inventory
Track network devices and infrastructure assets, with syslog parsing and classification to help IT teams identify and triage device issues.
Reporting & Documents
Departmental performance reports with date-range filtering and CSV export, individual and departmental performance views, leaderboards, achievements, and a document archive with full-text search and summarisation.
Communication & AI
Built-in email, messaging integration, a directory of contacts, and AI connectors that assist with tasks such as accounting classification, document summarisation and ticket triage.
Deployment options
Cloud (hosted by Wellware) — we run and maintain the platform; you sign in and start working. Suitable for organisations that prefer not to manage infrastructure.
Self-hosted — deploy WellOps on your own servers, so that all operational, financial and HR data remains inside your own infrastructure. This is often the preferred option for organisations with data residency requirements. The mobile application supports connecting to a customer-hosted server.
Mobile application
A WellOps mobile application for Android and iOS is in development, giving staff access to tasks, attendance clock-in and clock-out, approvals and notifications from their phone. The application connects to either the Wellware-hosted service or a customer’s own self-hosted WellOps server.
The mobile application does not offer in-app purchases. Subscriptions are arranged directly with Wellware as part of a service agreement.
Languages
WellOps supports English and Lao, including Lao-language accounting terminology aligned with the Lao Ministry of Finance chart of accounts.
